An optional sensor kit, and control modules are available. Each of the hollow core rotary actuators are available either with the integrated stepper motor or with an integrated servo motor. The hollow core of the GSN200 reaches 100 mm. Mounted in any position these rotary actuators are suitable for use in manufacturing, inspection, positioning, research, tracking, and medical applications.
What is Zero Backlash?
Zero backlash is an important term in the precision transmission industry. When the coupling rotates in the forward direction, if the direction of rotation is suddenly changed, if there is a gap between the intermediate elastic body of the coupling, there will be an instantaneous no-load phenomenon, which will cause loss of transmission torque and control accuracy. Many adverse effects, such as precision transmission, should be avoided.
