The company's products have passed the national patent certification, and the product rotating disc body is made of aluminum alloy material, which is finished by “μ” class processing machine and turning and milling; the gear adopts spiral design, up to 2 gear precision, and after nitriding treatment, the hardness can reach HRC52.

Features of Hollow Rotating Stage

*Hollow structure

The turntable of the hollow rotating platform is a hollow structure, and the servo motor is connected at the side to facilitate the installation of the air pipe and the wire in the metallurgical tool.

High repeat positioning accuracy

The hollow rotary platform adopts single-stage helical gear deceleration to increase the output torque. The gear accuracy grade is less than 5 grades. In addition, the flexible gap adjustment mechanism controls the backlash by changing the center distance of the two gears, making the hollow rotary platform empty. The return is extremely small, and the repeat positioning accuracy is below 5 arc seconds.

*High rigidity

The turntable of the hollow rotating platform is supported by a set of precision crossed roller bearings. The rollers in the bearing are staggered at 90 degrees, and the roller diameter is slightly larger than the raceway size between the inner ring and the outer ring of the bearing, so that the cross roller bearing is There is a pre-tightening force between the inner and outer rings and the roller, so that the servo-rotating platform turntable supported by the bearing can bear various moments such as radial, axial, and overturning, and its rigidity is more than 10 times that of the conventional bearing.

*High rotation accuracy

After the assembly of the servo rotary platform, the crossed roller bearing of the platform is used as the center of rotation, and the outer diameter and end surface of the turntable are again ground (standard grade is refined) to ensure the coaxiality of the turntable, parallelism and the like. tolerance.
