The Main Gap Between Domestic And Foreign Reducers In The Mid-1990s

Since the mid-1990s, the main technical gaps of general gear reducers in my country have been reflected in the following aspects:

 

1. Carrying capacity. Taking FLENDER as an example, the rated power of the 1993 sample at the same (or basically close to) center distance is 10%-20% higher than that of the 1998 sample. The 1995 and 1997 samples are about 20% higher than the 1993 sample. 1999 The annual sample is about 10% higher than the 1997 sample. However, the rated power of ABJ19004-88 and TB/T050-3 reducers, which are still playing the leading role in my country, are only equivalent to the sample values of FLENDER from 1995 to 1995, and the gap is getting bigger and bigger. Except for other companies, the carrying capacity of product samples of famous foreign companies is roughly on the same level. The main reason for the continuous improvement of carrying capacity is the maturity of technology and the improvement and stability of quality control level.

 

2. Modular design. According to a research report of the International Gear Conference in Dresden, Germany in 1996, when the number of external gear sleeves for gear couplings increased from 1 device to 20, the manufacturing cost changed as follows: small parts (weight 0.75 kg, Φ500mm) the cost is reduced by nearly 90%, and the cost of medium parts (weight 20kg, Φ200mm) is reduced by nearly 50%.

 

3. Measures to reduce noise. Many foreign companies use high-precision grinding of bevel gears (bevel gears generally do not grind teeth after carburizing and quenching before the 1980s, only for pairing grinding), through gear modification, increasing the coincidence degree, and improving the box structure Measures such as sound-absorbing design to reduce noise. According to the standard of HANSEN, the noise of P4 developed in the 1990s is 2.5-9DB(A) lower than that of HPP in the 1980s.

 

4. ISO began to formulate the technical condition standards of the reducer. The formulation of the ISO9 standard will further standardize the behavior of the reducer industry and promote the development of reducer technology. In contrast, the development of my country's gear reducer industry is still far behind the level of developed countries. Therefore, our country's industrial general-purpose reducer enterprises should pay attention to promoting the formulation of industry product standards, and small and medium-sized enterprises should work together to develop new products and enhance their competitiveness in foreign markets.
