From the 1970s to the 1980s, the world's reducer technology had a great development, and it was closely integrated with the development of the new technological revolution.
The development trend of general reducer is as follows:
1. High level, high performance. Cylindrical gears generally adopt carburizing, quenching and tooth grinding, and the carrying capacity is increased by more than 4 times, with small size, light weight, low noise, high efficiency and high reliability.
2, building block combination design. The basic parameters adopt the priority number, the dimensions are neat, the parts are universal and interchangeable, the series is easy to expand and the pattern is renovated, which is conducive to mass production and reduce costs.
3. Diversified types and many variant designs. Get rid of the traditional single base installation method, add hollow shaft suspension type, floating support base, integrated connection of motor and reducer, multi-directional mounting surface and other different types to expand the scope of use.
Pay attention to the following points when using the reducer:
1. Hammering is strictly prohibited
When installing couplings, belt pulleys, sprocket and other coupling parts on the output shaft of the reducer, direct hammering is not allowed. Because the output shaft structure of the reducer cannot withstand axial hammering, it can be screwed in with the shaft end screw hole. The screw is pressed into the coupling piece.
2, be sure to install a breather cap (exhaust screw plug)
Before use, replace the plug at the highest position with an exhaust screw plug to ensure that the gas in the body is discharged when the reducer is running. If it is not replaced in time, the reducer will run for a long time, causing the gas in the reducer to swell the oil seal, and even the reducer will leak oil.
3. Replace the lubricating oil in time, pay special attention to the first time.
Special attention should be paid to the first oil change. The reducer should be replaced in time after 300 to 400 hours of operation for the first time, and then every 1500 to 2000 hours. In addition, the lubricating oil should be checked every half a month in the working environment with harsh working environment, high temperature and heavy dust. If the lubricating oil is found to be dirty, replace the lubricating oil to keep the lubricating oil clean and prolong the use of the reducer. Longevity, improve economic efficiency.
