1. No-load operation: forward and reverse operation at rated speed for 24 to 72 hours;
2. Load test: running at rated speed and rated load until the oil temperature is balanced. For gear reducers, the temperature rise, but the oil sump should not exceed 35℃. The temperature rises, but the bearing should not exceed 40℃. For worm reducers, the temperature rises, but the oil sump should not exceed 60℃. The temperature rises, but the bearing should not exceed 50℃;
3. During the entire test process, it is required to run smoothly, with low noise, no loosening of joints and fixings, and no loosening of seals and joints.
