1.If the situation urgently requires the reducer to work for a long time, it is necessary to equip cooling system so that the reducer can keep working. The reducer is equipped with a cooling spiral tube, when the cooling water passes through the spiral tube, the heat is transferred to the cooling water, and the heat is transferred accordingly to achieve the cooling effect.
2.The cooling water flow cannot be too large, but it must ensure that it can pass through the reducer freely.
3.If the deceleration does not work for a long time, there is a danger of freezing, so the cooling water must be drained.
