Before debugging, it should be firmly installed on a stable and level foundation or base, and the oil drain groove should be drained. If it is found that its output shaft bears a large radial load, strengthened equipment should be used. Introducing cylindrical gear reducer:
1. When debugging a hardened cylindrical gear reducer, attention should be paid to the alignment of the transmission center axis, and the error should not be greater than the compensation amount of the coupling used. Good alignment can prolong the service life and obtain ideal transmission efficiency.
2. After it is in place, check the accuracy of the installation position, the reliability of the pressing of the fasteners, and the flexibility to rotate after installation.
3. Before operation, the user needs to remove the screw plug of the vent hole of the hard-toothed cylindrical gear reducer, replace the vent plug, and open the oil level plug screw to check the height of the oil level line according to different installation positions.
4. During commissioning, ensure that the hard-toothed cylindrical gear reducer runs smoothly, without impact, vibration, noise, and oil leakage. If any abnormality is found, it should be eliminated in time.
When debugging, the drive axis and passive axis of the hardened cylindrical gear reducer should be concentric with the axis of the coupling part, and the error should not be greater than the allowable value of the coupling used, which will be more convenient during debugging.
