The selection of the reducer is based on:
1. What equipment is the reducer used to determine the safety factor SF (SF = the rated power of the reducer is the motor power), installation form (right-angled shaft, parallel shaft, output hollow shaft key, output hollow shaft locking disc, etc.)
2. Provide motor power and level (is it 4P, 6P or 8P motor)
3. The ambient temperature around the reducer (determines the check of the thermal power of the reducer)
4. Check the radial force and axial force of the output shaft of the reducer. Need to provide axial force and radial force reducer selection.
Among many reducers, reducers are widely used in servo, stepping, DC and other transmission systems due to their high transmission efficiency, wide reduction range, and high precision. Its function is to reduce the speed, increase the torque and reduce the load/motor moment of inertia ratio under the premise of ensuring precise transmission.
