At present, my country's own design and manufacturing capabilities can basically meet the needs of domestic production. My country's low-speed and heavy-duty gear technology, especially the hard-tooth gear technology, has also gone through the stages of surveying, mapping and imitation, and has gradually developed from scratch. In addition to understanding the manufacturing technology, in the process of promoting hard tooth surface technology in the late 1980s and early 1990s, we also carried out a series of work to solve "broken shaft" and "selection". In the 1980s, cement mill reducers and steel rolling machinery reducers, which were considered the two major problems of domestic heavy-duty gears, have now been completely solved.
From the 1980s to the early 1990s, my country successively formulated a number of deceleration standards. The main technical indicators of many products produced according to these standards can reach or approach the level of similar products in the country.
